Description

The Vango Pole & Clamp Kit is used with a deep gutter on your vehicle to secure your awning. Simply slide the pole into the pole sleeve at the top of the rear section of the Vango AirAway® awning, place the pole and fabric into the gutter and use the clamps to tighten in the middle and at both ends. This kit can be used with all Vango drive away awning models.

This drive away kit can be used to attach a drive away awning or sun canopy to the roof gutter rail of an early VW campervan, including the VW Type 2, T2 Splitty, Bay, T25 or Brazilian. Attachment is simple - slide the pole through the pole sleeve and then place in the roof gutter rail. Use the clamps to then secure the pole in the middle and at each end with the pole clamps.

Alternatively, the kit can be used as a quick attachment method with a VW T4, T5 or T6 fitted with a Reimo MultiRail or VW Brandrup Rail. The pole slides through the pole sleeve, with the pole then positioned in the top of the rail gutter. The bottom part of the rail is where the clamps hook in and are secured in the middle and at both ends.
