The F40 is specially designed for the VW T5/T6 van without a pop-top or high-top roof. Please note, this awning is not suitable for VW's with a pop-top or high top roof and is not suitable for the Volkswagen California van.

How do I install the Fiamma F40 awning?

The Fiamma F40 awning is designed to be easy to install, with a range of brackets and fittings available to suit different vehicles. Full installation instructions are included with the awning, and many owners choose to have the awning professionally installed by a dealer or workshop.

If the vehicle is equipped with a C-Channel rail or Reimo MultiRail, it must be removed and the awning brackets positioned at the original factory points. The required mounting kit is available here in our online shop.

The awning is perfectly processed down to the smallest detail. The cloth is rolled out from above, which guarantees the tension and performance of the cloth itself. In our books, it has one of the best price-performance ratio.

This also includes reinforced articulated arms with reduced cross-section, which moves straight out and the front panel can be minimally raised. This does not affect the opening and closing of the side door when the awning is open.
